As TCG's founder and strategic leader, he utilizes his extensive experience and relationships in project delivery, strategy, and business development to deliver exceptional results. Matt specializes in hi-tech, industrial, and mission-critical facility types and associated delivery models. He has a broad and deep understanding of the Owner and AEC delivery teams and their practices. He excels at leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams through technical, cultural, and experiential barriers.

With his background in industrial engineering, Mike demonstrates a remarkable talent for identifying areas primed for process enhancement, adeptly crafting efficient systems, and orchestrating their successful implementation. His diverse portfolio as a change agent, encompassing distribution and manufacturing clients, equips him to distill business concepts into tangible realities. Mike expertly dissects these ideas into analyzable components, offering clarity in illustrating the path forward.

Rodrigo Urrutia is the Founder and CEO of Mano CG, with over 15 years of experience driving execution across large-scale infrastructure programs through project controls, preconstruction management, and procurement & supply chain leadership. Across his career, he has developed deep expertise in schedule and cost management, procurement strategy, and supply chain execution — including oversight of OFCI equipment programs and GC selection processes. In recent years, Rodrigo has expanded this work to lead the delivery of hyperscale data centers and cable landing stations for global developers and operators. Today, he positions Mano CG as a trusted end-to-end partner for critical infrastructure projects, combining rigorous project controls with a straightforward, execution-focused approach that leverages technology and data to deliver results.

Sara Richardson is an Architect and Design Lead with 12 years of experience on both the consultant and client sides of the design and construction business. She has successfully led large, diverse teams across various project types and scales, including high-end workplace, mission critical facilities, and industrial/commercial projects. Sara is passionate about building relationships with internal and external partners and leads with strong, open communication and integrity in all that she does.

Darrin has 26 years of construction management and real estate development experience. He has worked as a field engineer, construction manager, project manager, program manager, and owner representative in various industry sectors. He has distinctive abilities in project delivery from his work experiences. Darrin focuses on delivering complex and fast-paced industrial projects. He knows the significance of expectations and deadlines and aims to deliver projects effectively, professionally, and within budget.

For over 13 years, Amber has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives within the advanced technology and critical infrastructure construction market. Specializing in strategic sourcing, risk management, and commercial risk best practices, she excels in dynamic delivery models as an effective team builder and leader. Whether negotiating and implementing $10B in Client agreements, overseeing $500 million procurement programs, or proactively addressing commercial risks early on, Amber demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of workflows and risk equations throughout the project lifecycle. Her passion is to deliver streamlined implementation plans that optimize operations while mitigating risks.

As a seasoned professional, Trevor’s experience includes 20 years in commercial architecture, construction, and real estate development. More specifically, he brings extensive mission-critical facility expertise, including developing over 10 million square feet during his career. His most recent experience includes design management, construction administration and consulting for one of the largest global landholders and hyperscale providers in the world.

Dave is a systems-level problem solver and award-winning ops leader known for transforming complex challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. With over three decades of experience in Semiconductor and Nutraceutical manufacturing, he has led cross-functional teams to design and deploy automation, analytics, and optimization systems that have delivered millions in savings and measurable gains in output, quality, and efficiency across global operations. Recognized for “getting things done” with humility, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit, Dave bridges technical and organizational gaps—aligning strategy with execution while empowering teams to excel. His expertise spans automation systems, decision-support platforms, workflow redesign, and mentoring leaders to align their work with their passions, making him a true force multiplier.

Emily, PMP, brings 10 years of experience in project management and project development across the energy and data center industries. She has guided complex projects across the full lifecycle—feasibility, permitting, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning—ensuring seamless execution and measurable results. With a proven ability to navigate regulatory frameworks, optimize power and infrastructure solutions, and align diverse stakeholders, Emily delivers projects that meet the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. Her expertise enables clients to achieve ambitious growth objectives while advancing long-term energy and infrastructure goals. 

With vast experience in operations, strategy, and business development, Sean is a skilled leader who utilizes his global relationships to help you achieve your goals. He is solution-focused and tackles clients' problems with determination. Combining his technical background with extensive business experience and education, Sean serves as an effective translator between technical experts and finance, real estate, and other business professionals.

Tylney is an experienced and innovative entrepreneur passionate about utilizing technology and strategy to create new ventures and generate value for clients and society. With over 27 years of experience in various industries, including aerospace, film, computer graphics and special effects, digital marketplace start-ups, construction, and engineering, Tylney has a talent for solving complex problems in business using technology and innovation via his Bold Transformations platform. Located in Australia, Tylney helps TCG bridge to the APAC geographies, however operates remotely on many of programs through the world.
