Matt specializes in hi-tech, industrial, and mission-critical facility types and associated delivery models. He has a broad and deep understanding of the Owner and AEC delivery teams and their practices. He excels at leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams through technical, cultural, and experiential barriers.

Christy Swearingen is a driven and personable professional with a wealth of knowledge in real estate development, design, and construction management. Possessing a keen emphasis on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and process enhancement, Christy excels in creating teams and initiatives that successfully execute intricate industrial projects, including data centers, battery storage facilities, manufacturing plants, and logistics operations.

Christy operates as a partnering consultant to TCG through her Swearingen Consulting Inc. business.

With over 25 years of experience, Matt Englert is a proven leader in complex industrial and high-tech design-build projects. He founded Rosendin Mission Critical during his career at Rosendin Electric, successfully managing intricate data center projects across the US and Canada. In 2011, he established Modular Power Solutions, transforming traditional construction with modular electrical and mechanical systems for data centers, mitigating labor risks. Matt's executive roles at Rosendin, including Chief Operating Officer, highlight his industry impact. As a board member for NECA, he tackled national labor challenges and workforce shortages. His exceptional project and relationship portfolio is unmatched in the industrial industry.

Driven, self-motivated and committed to helping clients reach their goals. Based in the NYC Metro area, Edward has operated on a global level for over 20 years in the data center industry, carrying out his clients’ mission critical objectives from the perspective of a true teammate. Edward has owned and operated several GC/CM firms and truly enjoys witnessing his clients reach success. He and his family currently reside in CT.

With a steadfast commitment to elevating team productivity, Rodrigo employs effective planning, prioritization, and goal-setting skills. Rodrigo has led, sourced, and managed close to 3B+ in infrastructure projects and has extensive experience working with global giants such as Tesla, Mazda, Volvo, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Intel, and Google.

Alex Stamsos is a highly motivated and multi-talented operations and project delivery professional, with 15 years of diverse experience in the realm of large-scale, complex, mission-critical facilities and data centers. With extensive industry knowledge, a creative problem-solving approach, and an unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency, she embraces the complex challenges of the industry, and takes pride in delivering elegant solutions.

With his background in industrial engineering, Mike demonstrates a remarkable talent for identifying areas primed for process enhancement, adeptly crafting efficient systems, and orchestrating their successful implementation. His diverse portfolio as a change agent, encompassing distribution and manufacturing clients, equips him to distill business concepts into tangible realities. Scott Steiding is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years’ experience in the AEC industry. He has opened new markets and deployed technology-driven projects across Europe and North America, skillfully tapping into global design resources. As a sales and marketing leader, he has implemented scalable approaches that allow multi-disciplinary teams to serve global brands. With a history of important roles in sales, marketing, operations, and project management, Scott's balanced approach has made him an adept leader in harnessing the best of people, processes, technology, and data to yield superior outcomes.

Sara Richardson is an Architect and Design Lead with 12 years of experience on both the consultant and client sides of the design and construction business. She has successfully led large, diverse teams across various project types and scales, including high-end workplace, mission critical facilities, and industrial/commercial projects. Sara is passionate about building relationships with internal and external partners and leads with strong, open communication and integrity in all that she does.

Darrin has 26 years of construction management and real estate development experience. He has worked as a field engineer, construction manager, project manager, program manager, and owner representative in various industry sectors. He has distinctive abilities in project delivery from his work experiences. Darrin focuses on delivering complex and fast-paced industrial projects. He knows the significance of expectations and deadlines and aims to deliver projects effectively, professionally, and within budget.

For over 13 years, Amber has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives within the advanced technology and critical infrastructure construction market. Specializing in strategic sourcing, risk management, and commercial risk best practices, she excels in dynamic delivery models as an effective team builder and leader. Whether negotiating and implementing $10B in Client agreements, overseeing $500 million procurement programs, or proactively addressing commercial risks early on, Amber demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of workflows and risk equations throughout the project lifecycle. Her passion is to deliver streamlined implementation plans that optimize operations while mitigating risks.

As a seasoned professional, Trevor’s experience includes 20 years in commercial architecture, construction, and real estate development. More specifically, he brings extensive mission-critical facility expertise, including developing over 10 million square feet during his career. His most recent experience includes design management, construction administration and consulting for one of the largest global landholders and hyperscale providers in the world.

Michael is a skilled Data Center and Network Infrastructure professional with extensive experience, analytical expertise, and strategic thinking. He prioritizes customer success and corporate growth and plays a crucial role in transitioning assets from Private Carrier-Owned Data Centers to Carrier-Neutral Data Centers. He excels in Solution Architecting, Sales Engineering, and Product Management, significantly impacting the companies he has worked with. Michael is highly regarded as a subject matter expert with a proven track record of delivering results and creating value in the industry.

Nik Vukobratovic has 15+ years of technical project management experience in EPCM, specializing in mission-critical/data center infrastructure. He has successfully delivered projects for top industry clients in Canada, the USA, and internationally. Nik is detail-oriented and process-driven, with excellent communication skills. He has a proven track record of interfacing with senior clients and colleagues. His expertise includes project management, engineering, design-build construction, commissioning, data centers, critical environments, operations, and maintenance.
