We have a wide range of engagement options, including the short term (weeks - months), to longer-term assignments/projects with travel and onsite presence as needed.

Matthew B. Treat, PMP
Owner/Principal
Matt has spent the last 15+ years navigating the delivery of some of the world's largest and most difficult projects and their respective Hi-Tech/Industrial Infrastructure Owners. As TCG's strategic leader he will leverage his expertise and relationships in global project delivery, strategy, and business development together with the team deployed to deliver for you. With a blended technical, strategic, and business background, Matt and the team specialize in the high-tech, industrial, data center, real estate, and design/construction/integrated delivery markets and facility types. Matt has wide-ranging experience and a comprehensive understanding of Hi-Tech consulting and Owner delivery teams and practices.
With proven leadership in developing and managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams through cultural and language differences Matt and his deployed team will lead you through effective meetings, planning, problem-solving, task forces, and project deliveries by facilitating meaningful conversations and communications. We thrive in fast pace environments; working efficiently with executive committees and corporate leadership as needed. Matt and his team never miss a moment to inject fun into the teams and engagements.
Matt was born in New Hampshire and moved to Oregon in 2004. An avid outdoors-man, the Pacific Northwest is a perfect fit. Matt, with his children Harper (10) and Eli (8), live in Scappoose, OR where they can enjoy the outdoors. Scappoose is a short drive outside of Portland which enables an easy commute to the airport or office. Matt enjoys the challenge of his work and is constantly striving for excellence in delivery and expanded client relationships. Matt enjoys the travel and has significant experience in Europe, Brazil/Argentina, and APAC countries, holding 10-year VISAs for Brazil and China.
